Welcome – warmly welcome to the large renovated Alpine chic studio in the Tulai holiday park in Scuol. The studio is located on the top floor at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The studio scores with its particularly spacious layout of 50m2. Directly from the house entrance, one can stroll comfortably and idyllically along the old and current Stradun without having to overcome any elevation. This allows you to easily reach the impressive landscape along the Inn River as well as the shops on the main street "Stradun". The large terrace of the studio invites you to spend cozy hours on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.



The entire apartment was renovated and newly furnished in December 2022. The kitchen is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The studio is furnished with a double bed 2x 90×200 and a sofa bed for additional persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and toilet. A underground garage parking space (1.80m high) rounds out the offer.



Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, and a ski and bathing offer that is second to none.



The ski area Motta Naluns and the Scuol-Tarasp train station can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus stop at Stradun. The use of public transportation is included in the guest card. The valley trail Martina-Scuol can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, and shopping opportunities are located on the main street, which can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
