It is located right at the eastern entrance of Engadin Bad Scuol, with the large baths and Roman-Irish bath. Additionally, two mineral water springs are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is ideally situated for guests who enjoy regularly visiting the baths or want to enjoy tranquility while still living very centrally. You can put on your hiking shoes in the house and walk in all directions.



The entire apartment is equipped with parquet or tiled floors. The kitchen is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the Engadine Dolomites almost as if you were sitting at the table: Piz Ajüz, Piz Lischana, Piz San Jon and Piz Pisoc. The two bedrooms are furnished with one double bed 2x 90×200 and one double bed 2 x 90 x 200 and two single beds 90 x 200. The bathroom has a beautiful stone floor, WC and bathtub with shower. There is an outdoor parking space directly in front of the house.

The ski area Motta Naluns and the Scuol-Tarasp train station can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus stop at Stradun. The use of public transportation is included in the guest card. The valley trail Martina-Scuol can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, and shopping opportunities are located on the main street, which can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
