The location of the apartment is characterized by tranquility, the separate entrance is ground-level accessible and at a short distance from the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain lifts in just a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, where a grill, table, and loungers/chairs are available.
