Hello and welcome to Casa Vista Lischana – Welcome to the bright 3 ½-room apartment with spectacular views of Piz Lischana in the eastern part of the village of Scuol, right next to the bus stop and the cross-country ski trail. Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping opportunities are conveniently accessible on foot.



In the bright and spacious apartment (94m2), one can fully enjoy the vacation. From the spacious living room with a large dining table and windows facing east and south, there is a great view of Piz Lischana and the valley. The older but functional kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher, older oven, stove, and large refrigerator with freezer compartment. The entire apartment has a new laminate floor.



The 94 m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor with a sunny balcony and panoramic view. The vacation apartment does not have an elevator. The surroundings invite you to take small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins right at the doorstep. Shopping is possible at the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun.



The ski bus stop is located 1 minute walking distance below the house, and you can comfortably reach the train station and valley station in about 10 minutes by bus. Using the ski bus is free in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 350 m away.
