The apartment is located in Scuol Sura, just a few steps from the local and ski bus stop. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping opportunities on Stradun can be comfortably reached on foot in 5 minutes.



In the bright and friendly maisonette apartment (approx. 120 m2), one can fully enjoy the vacation. From the living room with a large dining table, exposed beams, and windows facing south and west, there is a fantastic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. On the ground floor of the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room/kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there is a gallery and a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower/WC.



The approximately 120 m2 large apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 6-family house with a sunny balcony and a view. The historic village part is directly below the house. Shopping is possible in the many local stores on the Stradun, which is only 5 minutes away, where the Bogn Engiadina is also located.



The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and you can comfortably reach the train station and valley station in about 10 minutes of travel. Using the ski bus is free in winter.



Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Take a cozy walk through the old town district, relax in the bath and sauna landscape, or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns in winter, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.
