The bonus room has a sleeper sofa, recliner, 49" LED TV, dresser, and Ping Pong Table. 32” flat screen TV’s are in each bedroom and larger flat screen TV’s are in the living and bonus rooms. The home is equipped with high speed internet & cable, gas grill, new deck furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Kuerig and dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, NEW central air replaced in May of 2019 and dual zone heating & cooling, ceiling fans, garage storage, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and bikes. There is an enclosed outside shower with a fenced in, private back yard! The driveway parks two cars with additional street parking.
