Unit 7 Block 5 Lot 13. Family and friends will love staying at Tranquility Base in the Sea Ranch. This spacious vacation home is built with a reverse floor plan - common living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs all with deck access to hot tub. Beautiful ocean views are visible throughout the house. There is a bluff trail directly accessible from the back yard and additional beaches are just down the highway. Tranquility Base has 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom with an extra half bath upstairs making it ideal for up to 6 guests.

The upstairs living room is arranged with plenty of seating options with couch, love seats and ample window seats. A gas fireplace is available perfect for setting a cozy atmosphere at night. There is a 75" flat screen TV for your upstairs viewing as well, with a Blu-Ray DVD player and WIFI access. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove and double oven. Dining areas both inside and out have seating for six. A propane BBQ grill is also available.

Bed linen and towels not included with this rental. Bring your own or you can rent through Beach Rentals.

Garage is not available to renters.
One small dog is welcome! (25 pounds or less)

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's

Beautiful home with great views. Very good for a family, nice and quiet with plenty of room. Only small dog friendly so we couldn’t bring our dog when the listing said pet friendly but was totally okay and understand why since the house is very nice.
