Unit 34C Lot 12.. Nowell house is a three bedroom three-and-a-half-bathroom ocean meadow home with lovely blue water ocean views looking across the meadow from inside and outside from the west deck. However, the east entry courtyard with hot tub is a garden delight too.

Once inside the living spaces are all on the entry level and open to one another. So entertaining is easy while preparing a meal in the well stocked kitchen with comfortable dining for 8. A wood burning fireplace in the living room adds to the ambiance when the sun has set, and stories are being shared. For the movie watcher the owner provides Netflix or Hulu Live apps and wifi throughout the house.

The half bath and primary bedroom with ensuite bath is located on the entry level, with the other 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms upstairs.

Solar and Tesla battery back up in case of power outages.

Bed linens and towels are not provided with this rental, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.
No pets are allowed in the home.
