Unit 21, Lot 61... Prepare to relax at Cormorant Cove, a spacious, light-filled house situated near the oceanside Bluff Trail. The house features a great room with cathedral ceilings, with beautiful ocean and meadow views. From the house, enjoy watching for a variety of animals in their natural environment, including deer, rabbits, foxes, raptors, quail and turkeys.

A 2023 partial remodel of the house allows ample space for meal preparation in the handsome new kitchen. Dine at the table for 8 under soft lighting, while enjoying the views. Sit comfortably in the renovated living room and converse, play a game, or watch your favorite television program. Outside on the updated main deck, relax in the hot tub taking in the sights and sounds of nature. Enjoy stargazing in dark skies.

Rest well in comfortable beds, hearing the sounds of the ocean and breathing fresh air. When you wake up, you will see the changing colors of the sea and meadow from your bedroom. The king and two queen bedrooms have their own private deck.

Cormorant Cove is located midway along The Sea Ranch coast, which means that you can range five miles in either direction without leaving the community's quiet roads and trails. A few minutes' walk from the house are cliffs above a dramatic cove where cormorants nest on the rock walls. From there, Shell Beach, the seal rookery and children's playground are a 15-minute walk along the bluff.

You'll have access to three recreation centers that offer swimming pools and saunas, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts.

Should you need it, a Level 2 (240 volt) electric vehicle (EV) charger is available for a fee. It is a Tesla charger and works with other EVs if you bring an adapter.

If you want to work remotely, you'll find a permanent desk in one bedroom and a folding desk in the closet of the downstairs queen bedroom.

Children of all ages are welcome at Cormorant Cove. A travel crib and highchair are available upon request.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.

Relaxing weekend at Sea Ranch

Had a great 3-night weekend at Cormorant Cove. House was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff we needed. Hot Tub was easy to use and very nice. Close to trailhead, and easy 20-min walk to Shell Beach. Great house to accommodate 4 couples. Had a nice dinner out at Vue Kitchen in Gualala. Would of been nice if more paper towels and toilet paper were supplied. And kinda a pain to "pickup" and "dropoff" the physical keys from/to rental company. Overall, we loved our stay at Sea Ranch.
