Both primary suites have stunning views, one with its private deck. All bedrooms have desks and computer monitors too – if you need to work or start on that novel you’ve always wanted to write.

The home’s outdoor spaces are abundant, with an enclosed courtyard garden at the front and an expansive ocean-view deck off the great room. Located on a private cul-de-sac, steps from the Del Mar Center pool, sauna and tennis courts, the trails and beaches are a short walk away and Gualala’s restaurants and shops are a short drive. For those with electric vehicles, there's a level 2 EV charger available at this home (Tesla Universal Dual Plug Type - Compatible for All North American EVs - 48A with 24' Cable). The house also has a whole-house backup generator so you can be cozy during the occasional power outages on the coast.
