Hardwood floors and granite countertops feature throughout the tastefully-appointed interior while ambient, coastal tones reflect the home's setting. The kitchen is ready for home cooking and comes equipped with full-size appliances and a healthy supply of utensils. A four-seater dining room leads out to an expansive, private patio complete with an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. Soak in ocean views while sipping your favorite beverage or enjoy al fresco dining! At the end of a day in the sun, return to the cooling comfort of central AC and unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the large, flatscreen TV. An additional perk is that you and your guests will have access to a plethora of entertaining amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools at Lake House, as well as a fitness center, library, Ping-Pong and pool tables, and a children’s playground, outdoor pools at Beach Club, ocean/beach access across the villa, an equestrian center offering beach rides, two golf courses (Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds), tennis and pickleball courts, and indoor and oceanside outdoor dining areas. The condo complex has recently undergone extensive renovations and offers easy access to all of the best area amenities and attractions. Some great attractions nearby include Bohicket Marina, canoe and kayak rentals, and bike and LSV rentals.

This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.

Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.

Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

The unit was exceptionally located across the street from a beach entrance and the pool. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You couldn’t possibly beat the outdoor deck and ocean views. We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect location

Great Memories at Atrium 2925

We truly enjoyed our stay at Atrium 2925. The property was exactly as described on VRBO. We found the sound of the ocean waves very soothing from the veranda. Our daily walks afforded us the opportunity to meet several wonderful homeowners on the island. We found the residents to be welcoming and friendly. See you next year!!

The best view

The location of property was excellent with great views property was very clean easy to get to . Only small problem we had was the shower head in master leaked from side . I would stay there again .

The property was inviting and comfortable and we felt safe there. A few suggestions to help make it more pleasant for next guest: microwave light needs repaired; some pantry space would be nice. It was a little misleading that it was beachfront, which it wasn’t. And the required amenity card explanation was unclear until we arrived; the daily activation fee of $40 dollars whether you used the card or not was unreasonable in my opinion.

Idea Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Atrium Villas. The views are amazing! We have stayed all around Seabrook but the location was idea for a wedding we were attending. It's right across from the pool, the Pelican's Nest and next door to the clubhouse and golf course. The interior was clean, comfortable and we were able to work with not interruptions. We will definitely be back to the Atrium Villas for another stay!
