Walk in the front door of this charming 2nd floor Atrium Villa and let your vacation begin. The first thing you will notice is the distant waves gently rolling past Deveaux Island. Amazing views of the ocean, the Seabrook Island Club and its two fine golf courses: Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks can be seen from you balcony and bedrooms. Just steps from the villa are Seabrook Island Club's two swimming pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, Seabrook Shoppe, Cafes, and the Island House restaurants - it is in the perfect location. You will truly be able to enjoy all Seabrook has to offer while staying at this fantastic villa.

The villa's kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring and is fully equipped for creating meals. The dining area has seating for four. A great room has been equipped with a large Smart TV and comfortable furnishings. This makes a wonderful gathering spot. Sliders from the great room lead out to the expansive deck. Breathe in the salt air and catch the golfers prepping their game on the driving range! Here you can dine al fresco at the table for 6 or relax in the chaises and let the sun warm your soul. Evening will bring you a fabulous sunset over the water. Pour a glass of wine and watch the sky turn amazing shades as the sun sinks into the ocean.

You have two large and roomy bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a chair for reading. Open your sliding doors and and let the gentle waves lull you to sleep. The master bath has a large tiled walk-in shower with bench and separate vanity area with second sink. A guest bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and transom windows. This bedroom also has sliding doors taking you out to the deck. If you need to bring work on your vacation, a desk and chair are in the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom has a separate vanity off the bedroom, and a tub/shower combo. Off this bedroom you have the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

This villa is just across the street from the Beach Club pools, ocean, Pelican's Nest, and Seabrook Shoppe. The clubhouse is across the parking lot as are Seabrook's two golf courses.

This property includes access to Seabrook Island Club's amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
