Close to the vast, uncrowded beaches, the Seabrook Island Club, and Bohicket Marina, its location is ideal.
Guests adore the outdoor, natura living space of this home. The newly built, spacious screen porch is a highlight of this home. Catch a game on the big screen or enjoy family movie night in this area with ample, comfortable seating. The deck offers lounge chairs and a table - ideal for dining al fresco.
Inside this single story home, an open, expansive floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, guests will enjoy an inviting atmosphere that beckons you to unwind and relax. The main living area features a crisp, white palette with accents of green. Designer furnishings abound.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway retreat features hardwood flooring, new paint, and updates throughout. The generous master suite occupies its own wing of the home, offering a secluded retreat. Two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home with plenty of space for guests to unwind. In the heart of the home lies in its gourmet kitchen that is open to an expansive living area. An additional wet bar area in the dining space adds a touch of sophistication to any gathering.

The property does not supply beach towels.

COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe).

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) require a gate pass. The $40 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.
CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
