1314 Pelican Watch Villas is an upgraded luxury king bedroom condo with covered deck is beachfront, oceanfront, with beach pools and restaurants and is dog friendly! Your condo is 6 steps to private access of Pelican Beach via your own boardwalk over dunes and sea oats: seconds to sand, surf, sun and dolphins. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 yrs old. License # STR25-000113. You are welcome to come at NOON to pick up cards, vehicle pass and go to pools, beach and restaurants on the day of your arrival. Your condo will be cleaned and digitally open at 4PM, and we will text you if it`s ready sooner!
Enjoy FREE DIGITAL AMENITY DIGITAL CARDS you need to access Seabrook Island’s private resort pools, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and country club facilities. Seabrook Island is 'cash-less,' making amenity cards a necessity. To pre-order your cards, plus get “how-to” instructions with parking/gate pass and island entry information, complete the Seabrook Island Guest Registration sent to your email.
Your condo has a king-sized bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, twin bed in an ottoman and a twin bed in a chair-and-a half and a queen-sized all-night air mattress. Linens and limited bath and kitchen soaps are provided. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are already on the deck with your patio furniture. Enjoy 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. Enjoy heart of pine flooring, 2 smart TVs programmed for Netflix, Hulu and all local cable channels along with upgraded Wi-Fi with enhanced speed. The full kitchen includes Keurig and Mister Coffee machines, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms have hair dryers and sets of towels.
Complimentary DIGITAL Amenity Cards are included for your free access to Seabrook Island`s private club amenities including: all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, indoor pool, gym, 3 country club restaurants, marina, docks and shops, 2 golf courses, library, equestrian center and tennis and pickleball courts. Daily use of the gym and indoor pool costs $15/day and discounted packages are available. The amenity card has a refundable $15 deposit.
We accept dogs only under 35 lbs., Call if over for special breed consideration. The per pet cleaning fee is $175, no exemption for service animals. Our white furniture is covered, but extra dog linens and crates are appreciated. This is a NO Smoking condo. Smokeless electric grill is provided as Seabrook Island does not allow using any grill, cooker or heating device heated by fire.
