With three decks overlooking the lagoon and golf course, this home offers wonderful space to relax under the warm Seabrook sun with views that are second to none. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the array of wildlife just feet away. From bald eagles, roseate spoonbills, osprey, egrets, heron and more. This great location is in walking distance to the beach, golf clubhouse and beach club. Seabrook Club Amenity cards are included in the rental assuring the perfect getaway for families and couples looking to enjoy all that Seabrook Island has to offer. From golf, biking, kayaking, horseback rides on the beach, tennis, pickleball or just relaxing on the beach as the dolphins swim past. This villa is fully equipped with towels, sheets, and kitchen wares. It is just a short stroll to the beach (about 10 minutes) and sits on the 11th hole of the championship golf course.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart HDTV, ensuite full bathroom with a shower and sliding glass doors to a deck overlooking a lagoon and golf course! The primary bedroom deck is furnished with top of the line outdoor furniture to enjoy the wildlife below. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart HDTV with easy access to the bathroom off of the kitchen. Upstairs in the closed in loft has two full size beds, a Smart HDTV and sliding glass doors leading to another deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The loft also has a 60 inch mounted TV

Villa also has a printer and power station for Home Office work.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
