Located in Seal Beach, this beautiful custom home boasts 4 bedrooms - 2 Primary Suites with king beds and 2 with queen beds. There is a pool & BBQ in the backyard and the ocean is less than a mile away. The downstairs primary bedroom suite has an open rain head shower and 70” freestanding tub. The upstairs primary suite has a luxury shower in the bathroom and gorgeous views. All 4 bedrooms have deluxe mattresses, linens and ceiling fans. All bathroom floors are heated for an extra touch of luxury. There is central air conditioning, but the ocean breeze is amazing and you probably won’t need it. Well equipped gourmet kitchen with large island. Quiet office space. Comes with 2 beach cruisers & everything you need for a day at the beach.

This modern property also offers WiFi, tankless water heater, washer & dryer for added convenience. Enjoy all that Seal Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

This house was absolutely ideal for our vacation. The house had plenty of space for our family and friends. You can easily walk to the grocery store downtown and the beach. Sherry was an amazing host and we will absolutely be returning to this property.
