The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out by 11am. The cleaning crew will arrive at 11:15, make sure you are checked out before this time. Gather towels & take sheets off beds that were used and place items in laundry baskets.
Clear out any perishable food from the refrigerator. Bag all trash & put into the can provided outside of the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We are on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper, do not flush wipes or feminine products
The Fireplace is NOT for personal use. There is no heat source, but plenty of blankets and space heaters provided
The water supply is a direct feed from the lake and NOT safe for drinking. Okay to use for showering, laundry, and washing dishes.
