The perfect home base for beach days, boardwalk nights, or relaxing afternoons by the pool. You’ll love ending your day on the deck while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. This condo makes it easy to enjoy all the best local attractions. You’ll also be within walking distance of basketball and tennis courts, ice cream shops, pizza and a playground. There is a brand new kids water park play area right down the street next to Stewarts and jet ski rentals. This condo is perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind.
You won't be disappointed sitting on the patio furniture sipping on a cocktail and watching the sunset views!
The condo features a queen bed in the master and a king pullout couch in the 2nd bedroom. The pullout couch can be used as a king bed or 2 twins. The living room has an extra pull out couch for added flexibility. Guests can unwind in the bathroom’s relaxing bathtub after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, the condo keeps you cozy no matter the season. This tremendous spot offers a quaint retreat where you can relax and recharge. We hope you enjoy what our place in Ortley Beach has to offer. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo!
Only four blocks away from the beach and a three minute drive to the boardwalk! If you would like to just relax for the day you can visit the pool which has lounge chairs and tables. There is a pay laundry room directly across from the pool. Walking distance to basketball courts, tennis courts, ice cream and a playground, Laundry room available. $1.50 to wash and $1 to dry. It is located in front of pool. Winter monthly rentals available starting September 6!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was so peaceful, and the million-dollar sunset views were the perfect way to end each day. It was the perfect place for my three kids and me, and the pool was definitely a huge bonus! The beach and boardwalk were only about 5 minutes away, which made everything so convenient. Kevin was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described, it was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing! Location was perfect - close to the beach, boardwalk and many great restaurants. We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!
