In addition, the cottage has a renovated bathroom w/shower, fully outfitted small kitchen & roomy living room. Linens, 4 beach tags, fast wifi, Disney +, AC & Off-street parking included. (Cars & mid-sized SUVs) 3 day minimum / 25 day max stay. No parties, no large groups, no prom bookings. *Min. rental age is 25. *Separate lease, ID, & Guest info collected for town. LOCAL ORDINANCE
Seaside Heights ordinance now requires all guests to disclose their names, addresses, phone numbers and birthdates to the host when leasing a property for summer rentals. This information is submitted to the town prior to your arrival. You also must be 25 years old to rent the property and be a part of the guest group staying on site. We do not rent to large groups, parties, prom groups or parents renting for their teen/unqualified children.

NO LARGE GROUPS / NO PARTIES: Undeclared guests, guests not on the reservation, are not allowed on property. All guests need to be part of the original reservation and declared to the town by local ordinance and the owner for security purposes. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum of 3. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.

SECURITY
24/7 motion triggered, exterior audio/video security cameras cover the front sidewalk & porch area. The backyard is not covered by cameras. Cameras not actively monitored. Neighbors may have security cameras that cover shared property line. LANDSCAPING Property manager may have to access backyard to cut lawn during your visit, but will notify guests 24hrs in advance.

This cottage offers its guests a water park. WiFi is free in public spaces. This cottage also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
