Checking in was difficult. We were given the wrong door code and the staff was rude, didn't listen, and kept transferring us to a line that no one answered. Upon entering, we noticed that the accommodations did not match the listing, which said the apartment has 1 bedroom and sleeps 3. It is actually a studio apartment and at most sleeps 2. Additionally, the floors were dirty, the window was left unlocked and there were food particles on the stove and countertops. The soap containers were less than half full. It would have been better if they weren't provided at all. There is no heat in the bathroom. The shower curtain is not wide enough to prevent the bathroom from getting wet during a shower. Towels were only provided to accommodate 1 person when they knew that 2 guests were coming. The kitchen is lacking some helpful essentials such as kitchen towels, pot holders, dish rack, etc. During our stay, the ceiling started leaking. After inquiring about maintenance, we were told that someone would shovel the snow because the leak was probably due to snow accumulation. The following day after the storm was over, we asked multiple times about snow removal and kept receiving messages with excuses about the snow removal company they supposedly contaced. When it was time to checkout, we struggled to get our belongings to the car because of the snow and ice in front of our door and along the sidewalk to the parking lot.
