Weekly Summer Rental. This 3-bedroom 2 full bath condo is close to the beach, boardwalk, bay, restaurants, and shopping. Including a king, queen, and twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, WiFi, open outdoor shower, and covered parking for two vehicles. Tenants supply their own bed linens, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels & beach towels.(King, queen, 2 twins). Per Seaside Heights, the primary occupant executing rental agreement must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy property during the term of the rental. No group or prom rentals permitted. NO PETS, NO VAPING OR SMOKING, No Grill.
