Welp, seaside was my favorite place and have been coming there for over 25 years. It's so expensive now and the beaches are so dirty. First let me say the staff was very nice. The room, well, for almost $200 a night was lacking. The room was a shoe box. No coffee maker. No breakfast. Pool is small and dark. Needs an upgrade. Used to enjoy this hotel, and best western usually a safe bet. In the fence is i would stay again. Just because on the beach, didnt fit t the bill.

Absolutely love the ocean view but the balcony was very small and right next to other people so not private. The jetted tub was great and the view from the jetted tub was amazing. The screaming child right next to us at 10:00pm was not very peaceful or romantic. The loud alarm clock going off at 5am til 6:30am in the room adjoining ours was aggravating so we just decided to leave since we couldn’t sleep in anyway.

I am very pleased with my stay Best Western. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back. My only complaint is the softness of the beds. I prefer beds that are a little more firm. That is just my personal preference.

Room wasn’t what I booked . What I reserved on Hotels.com was not what I got . I booked a regular room with a queen size bed what I got was a small room with a Murphy bed and couch that had to be moved to put the bed down and then you couldn’t get to the bathroom. I want a refund didn’t even stay. This was false advertisement!!!!

We had two rooms. One had a problem with exhaust coming in from an external source and management moved the room immediately. This accommodation was very much appreciated as one of our family members is pregnant.

We recently stayed for a 3-night trip and had reserved an ADA accessible room with a roll-in shower, as our mom uses a wheelchair full-time and has only one leg. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the hotel had “upgraded” us—without asking—to a non-accessible room and had given our reserved room to someone else. This caused a lot of initial frustration and concern, as accessible accommodations are not optional for us. To the staff’s credit, once they realized the situation, they took full responsibility, sincerely apologized, and acknowledged their mistake. They initially offered a refund, but when we explained that no other accessible hotels were available, they went above and beyond to fix the issue. They were able to relocate other guests and provide us with an ADA room with one bed, as well as an adjoining room with a bed and couch—ensuring our mom had what she needed and that our family was comfortable. While the situation should not have happened in the first place, the staff handled it with professionalism and genuine care. Once settled, the accommodations worked well for us and the remainder of our stay went smoothly. We appreciated the effort to make things right, and ultimately had a wonderful trip. Thank you to the staff who worked quickly and kindly to resolve the issue.
