Seaside Resort - Deluxe 2 Bedroom 2 Bath - Assignment 6

The two bedroom, two bath deluxe units are located on the upper floors and offer views of the ocean and beach from the balcony, some from inside the unit as well. These units are approximately 900 square feet and are limited to 6 guests. They offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Each is furnished with a king bed, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins may be combined to make a queen size bed if requested.

Seaside is a quaint little city by the Pacific Ocean at the end of the historic Lewis and Clark Trail. And this resort is home to one of the most breathtaking waterfront locations in Oregon.

The resort requires a photo ID and credit/debit card deposit to check in. This deposit is refundable upon guest departure if the condo has not been neglected/damaged during the guest stay.

The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in. Changing a guest name on a booking comes with a fee of $130. This fee is subject to change.

Wifi is available for a fee.

There is parking available in the parking garage for 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be under 6 ft 11 in to fit into the parking garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Guests Occupancy - Per city ordinance, the Maximum Occupancy for people and vehicles cannot be exceeded at any time. Visitors stopping by, children, and infants both count towards occupancy. The maximum occupancy of this condo is 6 people and 2 vehicles.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at this condo.

This Seaside condo is smoke free.
