This is the old Shilo Hotel with a different name and was disappoiting when we realized it. The hotel badly needs to be renovated, the sink faucet was barely attached,the front door to enter the hotel routinely stuck and had to knock on the glass to be let in by hotel employees. Sorry would not recommend there are better places for the cost of the suite.

Paul was wonderful. Our fireplace did not work in the room which was a feature we were really looking forward to and he was able to swap us to a room with a working fireplace and a better view of the ocean.

I ordered a water front room and got one with some huge tank right off the deck - unsightly and blocked part of the view. There were rooms available on another floor that could have been booked for me but they were not.

This was my first stay at this Hotel and it was just such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy my time with my kids. The staff all around was wonderful! Our coffee machine went out and we got a new one in a short time and the front desk was so friendly, i really felt that everyone there wanted to make sure my stay was as best as it could be!

We had a small room with the loft but we had no purpose of the loft. Two chairs in the loft area didn’t help b/c no view, window was dirty and didn’t close. It was cold (ocean wind) in the room. No decent table in the room and one chair for two of us, was not helpful. No hooks to hang your coats and one old closet that was placed behind the chair, not very accessible. This place really needs a renovation. It was already bad as Silo Inn. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, it was so busy with kids.The only good thing about this hotel is a location.

The rooms were dark and dingy. Holes in the walls and bathroom door. I paid extra for an early check in at 11am and didn’t get our rooms until 2:30pm. Room 301 smelled disgusting!!!! The smell seemed to come from the dishwasher. Smelled like someone took a dump in the dishwasher.

We checked in and when we got to our room, housekeeping was not done at all. We went back to the front desk and where told they would get it clean within an hour. We went to get something and we were gone for over an hour. It will still not clean by the time we got back.
