The hallway walls were covered in stains that could easily be cleaned with a wet rag, the door handle to the room was half broken, the room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed and showed signs of bodily fluids running down the side of the box spring. The facility claimed to be out of clean towel. The pool is in desperate need of an acid wash. The breakfast is hosted in what most would call a closet with room for one person at a time. Two of the three people we encountered at the desk were absolutely delightful. Decent location.

The ONLY downside to this hotel is the breakfast. Recommend skipping it all. Somehow even the bagels and muffins are bad. Everything else here is great.

While the service at the hotel was wonderful, there are a couple things that could be improved. First, the balcony light. There is no way to turn it off and it is extremely bright. It appears there may have been a light switch, but it now has a solid outlet cover. Second, the pillows are awful. I can’t remember the last time I slept on such limoy pillows.

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Fresh cookies for our kids, dog treats for our dog. We forgot a few things and they had it all and so happy to help. View of River from balcony was pretty and great location! Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved being on the water and access to room deck and open door, was very peaceful. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Love the ambiance of the hotel, decorated for the holidays and warm setting. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.
