This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. Parking can get slightly competitive in the lot, but it wasn't a problem on this particular weekend. Be aware that the property is 100 years old and it literally takes several minutes for the hot water to reach the cottage if it hasn't been used in a while. This unit is also right next to a swingset so you hear people sometimes right outside your window, but nothing bad. Mostly one or two little kids at a time with mom or dad. Overall, it was a good place.
