This home is the lower-level semi-basement unit in a multi-family property. The temperature stays naturally cool, making it perfect for summertime. Neighbors live in the upper level, but each unit has its own private entry and backyard. The backyard entry for this unit can be accessed through one of the bedrooms.

2. 【NOISE】
Since this is a downstairs unit in a wood-frame house, you may hear normal footsteps from people walking upstairs. It’s the kind of everyday step sound most people can easily imagine, please keep this in mind before booking. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide complimentary earplugs. If you feel this type of sound may not suit you, please check my other listings upstairs, which might be a better fit.

3. 【PARKING】
We provide one designated off-street parking spot. The second car will need to park on the street.

4. 【DRIVING】
The home is situated in a bustling urban neighborhood. Please drive slowly and exercise extra caution while navigating the local streets.

5. 【PET FRIENDLY】
We love animals! Well-trained dogs are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow dogs on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message if you are bringing dogs. A $50/dog one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly.
