4 Bedroom and 2 bathroom updated home on an elevated corner lot in a desirable neighborhood. The living room looks out over two large decks with views of Lake Washington. The chef's kitchen and open floor plan make this a great place for a holiday.

Living Room: The upstairs space has a living room complete with a fireplace, and a 55" TV. This is a great place to curl up and read a book on rainy days. From the couch you can see the view to the lake.

Kitchen: Bertazzoni gas range, granite countertops, new high-end appliances, and all of the accessories you could possibly need. Spices are readily available as well as cookware, wine glasses and more.

Basement Living Area:
Desk and open area, laundry room. Monitor and work chair available upon request.

Bedroom #1: Main Floor with King Bed and closets looking out to the garden
Bedroom #2: Main Floor with Queen Bed with Office & Monitor with view of the lake

The backyard has a large table, and is fully fenced in. It makes for a great place to play with kids or let the dogs run free.

Cozy home in a great location

My wife and I strayed here for a little over a month while our home was being renovated and it was a great home away from home. The location is excellent, with walkable access to parks and the lake. The front deck is beautiful and a great place to enjoy a view of the lake, while the backyard was perfect for our dogs.

Superb location hideout

House is in a respectable neighborhood. Street parking seemed safe....very little traffic. Everything about the house worked fine: entryway motion lighting, door lock, interior lighting, kitchen appliances, forced air furnace, window covers, plumbing, comfortable bed you name it. Nice to have a place where everything is in order.

Lake view

Although the property is a little bit tired, kitchen cabinets loose, etc, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the view of the lake from the patio. Electronics were good, we wouldn’t say kitchen is gourmet—dull knives, difficult to use stove and microwave, but we managed to eat lots of nice meals while there. Beds were comfortable, good pillows…better than average amenities.

Magical stay in Seward Park

We had a wonderful time staying at this ever so lovely home - with chef’s kitchen and air-conditioning! It was heavenly to breakfast outside under the vine-covered gazebo. A corner location with full water views. Quiet neighborhood - walking distance to cafe and to pizza place and even to Seeard Park playground and beaches along the way. The host was marvelous and responsive. So nice!!

Loved being close to Seward Park area and the lake. Home very comfortable. Gardens all around the home. I would like to see the controller to the main tv upgraded as difficult to operate the main tv. Would certainly go back if in the area.
