There's a small table adjacent for eating, and the living room offers a comfortable couch and flatscreen TV with streaming. If you're working from home, pop over to the bedroom and set up your workstation at the dedicated desk. Light floods in throughout the cottage via the large windows in the living room and bedroom, and, although you're in the center of the action, the lush lawn surrounding the cottage will make you feel as though you've stumbled into a secret rural retreat. Cozy and quiet cottage in a beautiful neighborhood. Ate breakfast every morning a short walk away at Serendipity Cafe. Go there every chance you get!! Everything you need is a very short walk away. Loved it!

Beautiful and peaceful stay

The cottage was clean and modern located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. It was an easy check-in process; in addition, the cottage has a one-car garage, so parking was not an issue. The decor was organic, cohesive, very 'Crate & Barrel'; the cottage had several large windows giving the place a diaphanous and serene feel. Magnolia Court was near coffee shops, local restaurants and Trader Joes. The Kitchen was modern with a five-burner stove- everything was bright and clean, overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the cottage was perfect in every way! The place is immaculate and beautifully furnished, wonderful view and quiet & safe neighborhood, the price was reasonable, parking was in a locked garage, there’s everything you could possibly need in a short walking distance, and there were plentiful bathroom, bedroom, kitchen supplies. There’s even a full kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed. We’ll definitely be back again.

My partner and I stayed here for almost a week and loved it! Directions on how to access the home were clear and helpful. It was very evident that the home was cleaned by professionals! There was also a grocery store 2 blocks away which made stocking up for the stay very easy.

Walkable cottage!

This 1 br above the garage was just what we needed! Loved being able to walk a block or two for an amazing patisserie and indie bookstore. Time to eat? Walk to a choice of restaurants for nearly any mood. The neighborhood is great - quiet, plenty of parking, and Spring had sprung with everything blooming. Centrally located for doing the touristy stuff in the city center or heading out for tracking down the Thomas Dambo trolls. We definitely would stay here again. A fantastic extended weekend.

Bright & Quiet

We loved how bright the unit was, as well as the small kitchen set up, which was perfect for prepping small meals. We loved how close it was to walk to the shops and restaurants in the Magnolia Village and the private parking space, which was very secure. The heat/AC pump was a little difficult to figure out and only had one remote for two units. Could have used a small set of instructions, as well as what the little thermostat in the bathroom was for.
