The hotel is nice in every way except for one major flaw, the size of the rooms. It’s no bigger than a freshman dorm room with width the size of the bed. There’s a bed at one end of the room that goes from wall to wall. They’ve managed to do a good job fitting everything in that little space but you can’t avoid bumping into each other as you move 😀

At first, we really liked this hotel, we liked it so much we booked an additional three nights. Then we realized the staff was rude and inconsistent. My husband went down to get us each a glass of wine one night and was told that we both had to be downstairs to get a glass of wine. Otherwise they could only serve him one. We had already been there a couple days and had not had that problem and in fact, I’ve never had that happen at a hotel and we travel all over. When I said something about having to get out of bed and come downstairs to get a glass of wine after not having to do that any other time both of the Bar staff were rude and she just kept repeating. I’m just doing my job. I’m just doing my job. It didn’t make any sense. We weren’t being rude back. I was just asking Why all of a sudden we would have to do that because when you’re staying at a hotel, it’s not normal usually the hotel likes you to be comfortable. Next, after we checked out, I realized I left my medication and two very nice leather belts in the room. I didn’t realize it until later in the day. We called to see if housekeeping had found it so I could go get my medication that is vital to me. We were told, they would take my email and get back to us in a couple of days. This does not work for a person who takes medication daily as a necessity and they will hear about it when I have adverse effects from not having it.

Very quirky and clean - what’s not to like? We wanted to like it and for the most part, it was fine. Unfortunately, the rooms are just too small.
