Everyone was very helpful especially arriving early and needing to drop bags off prior to check in! Staff very helpful with recommendations ands amazing customer service. I will definitely book again whenever I return!

This is my first time staying at CitizenM hotel. Also my first hotel that’s functioned digitally. Surprisingly, the prcess to check-in on the KIOSK was quick and easy. There was a staff member helping and she was extremely nice and helpful. Also, every bar staff was magnificent! I loved how they removed their gloves and put on new ones when they gave me ice. I asked 3x times during my stay and they all changed their gloves. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. The hotel’s aesthetic is a vibe. And the room was to my expectation. I will definitely comeback here.

Great Visit

Reception staff member fantastic, helped us with checkin. Very welcoming. Room was very sufficient for our stay. Breakfast buffet was also fantastic with the best orange juice I've ever had. Checkout was very easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again if i return to Seattle.

I loved that this property was close the downtown area, Pike Place and Wamu theater. Staff were very friendly, great atmosphere, and the food was excellent.

The rooms were very tight, almost like a cruise ship room layout. But everything was clean and the technology was great, if you're good with it. They use an iPad for everything- TV, shades, lights... The breakfast was better than most buffets I've had at the larger hotel chains.

This is my fourth time staying at a CitizenM (San Francisco, London, Paris, and now Seattle), and I’m always happy with my experience. The location is just steps from the pier and close to many attractions. The rooms and common areas are modern, with fun retro decor, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend it!

The staff were so warm and inviting. We had an issue with our sink and front desk helped us out no problem. The breakfast is above average for hotel breakfast. The rooms are small but have everything you need with some storage. The shower was my favorite part. The view on the 8th floor was incredible. The hotel is conveniently placed next to the ferry and a 11 minute walk to Pike Place. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I'm in the area.

Perfect location for discovering Seattle. The Seattle train from the airport was not far from the drop off. The return back to the train stop has a hilly climb, but still relatively close. The ferry is also close by. Staff was awesome, room was a micro room, but we loved it and it felt cozy. The breakfast buffet was so good and we loved all the options available, specifically the avocados!! They even have an “ironing” room to get your clothes ironed, high end steamer. Overall, great place to stay.
