This was our first stay at the property and we WILL return. Not only was the price very reasonable, but customer service was off the charts! Let’s starts with staff! They were interactive and knowledgeable. I witnessed them quickly moving, sometimes jogging, to get things done. The day, afternoon, cleaning, and food service employees were attentive and great at their job. The food was appropriately tempered and the variety was the best I have seen in YEARS for a continental breakfast. There were traditional foods, but also pancakes, waffles (two flavors) and rice congee. To add to all that, they had coffee and tea 24 hrs, cookies in the afternoon, and for those of us leaving before 6am, a baggie with a water and snacks to take with us. The rooms were quiet, wonderful room darkening drapes, newer amenities, updated bathrooms, very clean, and comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful two night stay and being personable.

When checking in was offered a Bigger room for an extra additional cost was told the room would be alot bigger then what I had reserved . It turns out it was the exact same size just in a newer wing . Also my family and I got stuck in the elevator , after several mins they has someone pry the door open to get us out that wasn’t a good experience for children .

It’s not necessarily modern facilities, but the staff was amazing, they make it really easy to shuttle from the airport both ways, and they have a nice breakfast area! And the staff is great!

Shuttle was easy. Check-in was great and I was upgraded since I am a platinum member and I didn’t even ask. Also got a treat bag too. This was one of my best stays. Room was clean and nice. Loved the breakfast. I would stay here again when I come back to Seattle!
