I had reserved 2 rooms, they apparently didn't realize that and it took awhile to get that settled. The bathroom has a rain shower head. If you have long or thick hair, it will not clean it. The elevator doors got stuck and wouldn't open. Breakfast was subpar and cold. I honestly have no idea why this hotel has such high ratings. Even the bed was hard with tiny pillows.

The airport shuttle was exceptional. The driver was prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. He explained clearly what we need d to do to get to our airline.

So grateful for this hotel and stuff. Due to many delays on Alaska Airlines, I arrived after midnight. The front des I sent a shuttle for me and the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The room was posh, clean and well outfitted. Staff was absolutely wonderful, which is important when you are tired and traveling alone.
