Very nice hotel for precruise stay. Free airport to hotel shuttle worked well. No wait for us - after we got our bags, stepped outside and shuttle was there! Room was large, quiet and clean and very comfortable. Staff was fantastic. So very helpful w anything we asked about. Cam helped us check in and get to room which we appreciated very much. Will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was a bit outdated, rugs in the hallways were dirty and smelled muggy. The beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom fan didn’t work and showers spill water all over the floor. Pictures were deceiving. Online the hotel looks grander and more modern and rooms look spacious. Rooms were small.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff

The room was clean which is really all I ever worry about but it was just a little bit of a tight space. The staff were all very kind and friendly. When I let the front desk know that one of our lights were out, they came up right away. The breakfast was pretty standard. The eggs looked kind of iffy but everything else was good. I do wish they would’ve had non dairy alternatives for us lactose intolerant folk but I was satisfied with breakfast.
