One of the rudest front desk experiences I’ve ever had.
I called at 12:22 AM for the shuttle and was told to walk to a specific pickup area and call again because the shuttle “can’t wait.” I did exactly that. When I asked if I could wait at 3B instead of 3A because it was freezing cold, I was bluntly told no.
I stood outside after midnight in the freezing wind watching shuttles from other hotels come and go, while this hotel’s shuttle never showed up. When I called again just to confirm it was actually dispatched, the front desk rudely told me to stop calling because I was “confusing” her.
I finally got on the shuttle at 12:52 AM—30 minutes later. Ironically, the driver even stopped at 3B and asked if anyone was waiting there.
The front desk attitude at check-in was just as rude.(I think is the same person who picked up my call)
There was a group of people speaking very loudly near the window, and the noise carried easily into the room, which affected my rest.
In addition, the bathroom door cannot be pushed all the way closed.
The charging outlet by the bed is also loose and does not work properly.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
