Everything stood out. Knowing their clients are most likely for one night, they still went above and beyond. Airport pickup was seamless and well organized. The room was so fresh and clean. The room setup conducive to a supported quick trip. It was pretty darn quiet. The supplied amenities were well stocked. Breakfast was welcoming and good. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was ok a bit tight with 2 queen beds but definitely served its purpose of a place to sleep! The shuttle staff were absolutely amazing! So courteous and helpful even drove us across the street to a gas station in the middle of the night! They were very knowledgeable and help give advise on where to eat and how to get to places once thwy dropped us off at the shuttle drop spots and we never waited more than 10min which was perfect for a momma traveling in the city with two young kiddos. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the bed appeared clean, that's where the cleanliness ended. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet, the sink and mirror had toothpaste on it and it was clear that nothing had been wiped down properly. Very disappointing.

Staff was pleasant and parking available on property and there’s no charge. As you walk in, the reception desk is on your right, waiting room off to your left and like a dinning hall straight ahead. There is a little area off to the right of the check-in desk where you can purchase drinks and snacks. It’s close to the airport as well as Tukwila shopping centers and malls. The first impression was it was clean and quiet. Quick check-in since I prepaid first. Our room was on the first floor. It was quiet since it was near the main road and airport area. Granted it was about 2 miles from the airport. The room is perfect for anyone just in and out of Seattle. The bed was not as comfortable as it looked and I was not loving the pillows at all: small and flat. The bathroom is not bad at all: it was a decent size. It was clean. The shower was weird. There was a small glass pane and as we showered, the water went outside by the toilet. I had to use towels to soak up the water so that our bathmat is dry when we came out of the shower. For some reason, if someone was taking a shower, the hot water turned off if someone was using the sink. Hmmm. I recommend this place for layovers or one night stays and if you don’t mind all that I’ve listed.
