It’s not necessarily modern facilities, but the staff was amazing, they make it really easy to shuttle from the airport both ways, and they have a nice breakfast area! And the staff is great!

Shuttle was easy. Check-in was great and I was upgraded since I am a platinum member and I didn’t even ask. Also got a treat bag too. This was one of my best stays. Room was clean and nice. Loved the breakfast. I would stay here again when I come back to Seattle!

Property has an online early check in system that was a pain in the ass to complete and then was duplicated at the in person checkin so it did not speed things up and only added to confusion. The requested information online that was private such as a photo of my drivers license which I was reluctant to provide. They requested credit card info which they already had from the initial reservation and still required me to present the car and swipe it at checkin.

We had a terrible experience. The shuttle took forever to pick us up. The person at the desk neglected to tell us that there were two elevators, and we dragged our stuff up to a floor which didn’t have our room. And when we finally settled in our room, we woke up in the middle of the night to find that the toilet wasn’t working. We changed our room at 3:30 AM. They gave us 20% off on our stay but quite frankly that didn’t begin to compensate for our experience.

The property looks a little dated but the beds and linens were comfy and clean. The staff was was incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle service to the airport and to the cruise terminals. There are some food options like Denny's just a short walk away. The hot breakfast was typical of a two or three star hotel . Sausage scrambled eggs waffle station hard boiled eggs yogurt milk cereal Juice coffee . The shower does not have a door and water gets on the bathroom floor. The room had a fridge and a microwave. There's an outdoor hang out area with a fire pit that is lit nightly. Walking distance to the metro train if you wanted to explore downtown Seattle

We had noisy people upstairs and we could hear them all night. Also, cable TV did not work. Staff came and fixed it, but it took an hour to do so. We’ll stay again, but last stay was better.
