We stay there at least two times a year when traveling. Breakfast is good. Good variety and the food is always replenished right away. Plenty of parking and close to eating and drinking establishments. The help is always courteous.

The staff was very patient, polite, helpful and courteous. The whole place was nicely renovated and clean. They also provided 24 hour shuttle service with a very chipper gentleman as the morning driver. Hello, to him when he is reading this. You did a great job! They also offered a grab N' go bag for breakfast if you were leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. And I love that their shuttle says "I love our country!" I will definitely book there again.

The staff was super nice and gave great suggestions to visit since it was our first time in Washington and also gave us an upgrade which was very sweet of them! I love that they provide shuttles to the airport. We had a rental the most part of our stay till the last day, so the shuttle really came in clutch! Breakfast tasted great, had lots of options! Overall the experience was great. The only thing I have negative to say was no one ever came to our room to clean and give fresh towels and I did get trapped in the elevator once but not for too long. The hotel itself was always clean and when we first got there our room was clean too. I would book here again the next time I visit Seattle!
