The place is run down and smelly. Elevator was running rough, laundry room was out of service. Aside from the proximity to Kindred Hospital and affordable price there was little to admire about this place.

The front desk staff were outstanding and it was incredibly convenient and close to Pier 91 if you are cruising Princess or Holland America or other cruise lines. The hotel was super clean, modern and our room had a stunning view of Lake Union which was a lovely surprise.
