The staff was so helpful. Met my accomodations. Hotel looks new or newly renovated. Loved the room and luxury body and bath products. We walked everywhere but took the monorail everywhere! Would stay here again.

Self service hotel , a hob for cruise ships Very limited hotel lobby , called room service for water , there was no room service. Had to go down and purchase water ,, If you want to use the elevator when the cruise ship passengers are leaving you have to wait 45 minutes. I would not stay in this hotel in the future

My phone in my room didn't work and was never addressed after I complained about it. I felt like my bedding was never changed from the previous person. The sheets and comforter was wrinkly and smelled like someone just used it.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. Although we arrived quite early and our room wasn't ready, we appreciated the luggage storage service. This allowed my daughter and me to explore Seattle without any hassle. The breakfast was delightful, and we loved the easy access to the freeway as well as the proximity to the piers, aquarium, and Pike Market. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit!
