It was noisy in my room right beside the highway. One elevator was out of service for 2 days, the 2nd one was broken for numerous hours. No other elevator available. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff member was not as friendly. Asked one our group members why she was taking two packets of peanut butter. Not her place to ask that of a guest. Nice to have the underground parking. Room and bathroom clean and enough space.

Great hotel

Breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious. The location was good, 10 minutes to Downtown Bellevue 15-20 minutes to downtown Seattle depending on the traffic. A few down sides are the limited parking space and the number of restaurants nearby.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very business like and courteous. It’s in a safe location in Bellevue and close to where I need to be in the morning. The room is clean and I have no complaints at all. It’s just a friendly hotel

The staff and facilities are phenomenal!! Both, especially the young man who checked me in last night, made a stressful travel day and over two years of homelessness end on an exceptional note.
