Went to pool and their cleaning time is 6-8, it feels like on purpose so kids do not go into pool. It felt dirty. Furthermore, the room did not feel clean.

Room wasn’t too bad- one of the bathroom light bulbs was burnt out- the lighting in the rooms was a mixture of led white and old school orange lights- room also had some prior damage to it- outlet cover coming off and other small areas of wear and tear

The first desk clerk was annoyed with us and passed us to a very sweet and extremely helpful. She had knowledge of shuttles to the cruise pirt as well. The shape of ALL the furniture is WORN and old. Overall experience was good. MAGGIE needs a promotion and a raise.

My child found 2 pills that were on the floor in the corner by the little table. One of the elevators was broke when we were so there was a long line waiting to use it so we took the stairs to the 6th floor. There was a fight in the restaurant area late at night where the cops came. It was loud and busy with kids of all ages running around and being disruptive.

Room review to hit not comfy beds

Room was big and spacious. It was a warm day and we tried to turn the air in our room and it would not cool down it was so hot in our room. We couldn’t sleep because it was so hot and we set the cool on top. The beds are small and felt like you were sleeping on a piece of card board not comfy at all. Will not be staying at this embassy again was not a comfortable stay at all.
