As soon as I walked into the room I realized how filthy it was and decided immediately to check out. The front desk person agreed to give me a complete refund. I will advise anyone to not stay @ FairBridge Inn Express

Check in process took way to long. Staff was not so nice . As we waited for our rooms heard the gentleman get in two altercations over the phone . He definitely needs customer service skills. Needs to learn to listen to the customer and not get offended when a customer express there opinion.

Nothing terrible experience, dirty bed sheets and dirty rooms . The rooms also smell disgusting. The front door wouldn’t even lock had to place a chair in front of it .

I never had a bad experience in a hotel, the room smelled a lot of cigarettes, it smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, the hairdryer was broken, the shower was broken, no water came out, the whole room had old things, I feel like I paid a lot for a room with bad service.

I stayed in room #174....PLEASE HERE ME....DO NOT STAY HERE! I would never have stayed here based on reviews, but we needed a last minute room and due to everything under the sun happening the next day in Seattle including Morgan Wallen in concert, everything was sold out except this place. I paid $175 for a room that was the worst lodging ever, including staying in 3rd world countries....it was DISGUSTING! Out of 4 lampshades, 2 were torn and hanging off the lamps. Out of 2 light fixtures in the ceiling, one did not work and the one in the bathroom was missing the guts and was just a lightbulb. The toilet would not flush because the mechanism in the tank had been replaced with a unit too small. So, I had to take the ice bucket and put two buckets in the tank in order to get it to flush. The door would not deadbolt and the chain could have been popped in a heartbeat. I'm quite sure there were people living (not staying temporarily) in other units and the one next to us had a hasp and padlock on the door with light on inside...probably a grow operation. The walls and ceilings had all kinds of disgusting and questionable stuff on them. I'm not gonna speculate what it might have been, but you can imagine. The coffee maker....absolutely laughable!!! What a joke. No blow drier, no tissues. Just enough toilet paper to get by. The bed looked clean, but when we pulled the bed skirt up, the boxspring was DISGUSTING. Stains, mildew, you name it. I pulled the blanket

Room door didn’t seal properly so room smelled like smoke. Couldn’t get a warm shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Gave 2 bar towels as bath towels. Cobwebs in every corner. Bathroom floor so dirty my socks were black. We felt our car was unsafe due to the amount of people just hanging around that parking lot. I don’t recommend this place

I was told there was only ONE hot water heater for the wing I was staying in which was 40 rooms!! The property would not refund my money nor give any kind of compensation.

1. Poor property condition, such as sofa, bath tube etc 2. No enough plate, bowl for the breakfast. Breakfast started at 7:30 am, when I went to there at 8:00 am, no honey, butter, or jam there. Staff said she put a 9 plates and 14 bowls, only 1 bowl there. Later she took out a few bowl, but never put out plate.

Stayed in two different rooms on two different nights. Both were pretty crappy. Beds were unstable/broken, rooms were dirty, one shower had the shower curtain installed wrong, and you could see daylight through the outside door. The tv in the one room did not work.
