Perfect place to stay before a cruise from pier 91

Room was clean staff was very nice we had an elderly person with us and the walk from the lobby to room was very far. A wheelchair on the premises would be a wonderful addition for older guests.

Rooms comfortable. Well furnished. Did not try buffet breakfast. Parking is confusing as there are 3 parking garages. I never did park in the correct one. Parking spaces are tight. Be warned if you have a larger vehicle. Also entrances to garages are short.

Lots of food options. Walkable to many places so got to make use of our parking fee. Front desk was very accommodating and housekeeping was quick. Walls were not noise cancelling as we heard thumps above us and housekeeping vacuuming in rooms down the hall. Overall, I’d stay again.

It is obvious this property does a high volume of business. It felt grimy and dated. The kitchenette had a mish mish of utensils, plates & glasses. There were no serving, one food prep knife etc.. I've stayed in simulate places that were equipped with the basics. There were noserving dishes nor storage containers. Over all ok, cost exceeded benefit.

Room stinks like mildew and pinesol. Bed very hard. 1230 am i am in the lobby laying on the floor stretching my back out trying to get it to relax. Will never stay at this chain of hotels again. I have stayed in this chain of hotels 4 times in a row, your beds are complete CRAP!!!! Cheap and that will cost you my business.

Highly recommended.

The breakfast is delicious and varied, changing every day. The service staff is friendly and professional. The neighborhood is safe. The Japanese restaurant across the street is also delicious. It's a short walk to the Space Lighthouse. It's a comfortable area.

Not a good stay.

We got there and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had to go to the desk and ask for soap. Also the bathroom door scraped the floor and left a big mark. I told them about that as well. No one ever came. The biggest thing is after I check out and started the last leg of my trip, I drove about an hour and a half and realized I didn’t have my wallet. I called them and they said they had it. Why didn’t they call me sooner. So I had to drive an hour and a half back and then start all over again. They knew the room where it came from and they knew who was in there. They also emptied out our trash cans and left the bags sitting in the room. They didn’t make y daughters bed either.
