We stopped here after a long drive, it was wet and cold out - we specifically wanted somewhere with a hot tub. Once we found it and checked in, they informed us the hot tub and pool have been out of service for months and no matter how many times they've brought it up with Expedia, they won't change it in the listing. So we were petty disappointed. We could have stayed at so many other places that were HALF the price without a pool & hot tub. He offered to give us some time to contact Expedia to cancel but after 8 hours of driving, I was hungry & done. The desk attendant offered us free snacks for the inconvenience but we ended up with another $12 on our bill for some trail mix and bottled water. The elevator from the parkade was also broken. But the room was comfy. The sliding barn door on the bathroom leaves ZERO privacy, though. Make sure you go with someone you don't mind hearing and smelling.

For my birthday, the hotel manager Azi had the restaurant send me a slice of cheesecake to my room! All of the amenities were new and the people were beyond professional!! I will definitely be recommending to family and friends! This was the best birthday vacation ever!!

We had wonderful time! Hotel is very clean, good bed, good amenities. But by far what stood to us the most is the staff. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. However one person must be acknowledged and highlighted- Sameeta! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And went above and beyond to assist with even the smallest request/question.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was two weeks. I chose this hotel because of its proximity of where I needed to be. The first room I stayed in for the first week was very good. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable king-size bed, a bathtub, and an overhead and a hand-held shower. But the noise of the heating fan was quite loud and it took some getting used to. • The general appearance of the lobby is clean. • The gardens around the building are nicely kept. • The staff is very courteous and kind. • Due to the nature of my stay, I had no meals or drinks in the hotel so I cannot comment on their quality. For my second week, I had to have two queen beds so I had to change rooms. This stay was tiring and unpleasant. The noise of the fan in this type of room is a lot noisier than the first room I was in. In one of the rooms, the heating did not work properly which made it necessary for me to change rooms yet again! This stay was substandard due to: • the noise of the fan woke me up and it prevented a restful sleep • the ripped sheer curtains are in need of cleaning and mending • The carpets show their age • The bathroom is quite small and there is only an overhead shower which I couldn’t reach to control. The staff, however, tried to accommodate as much as it was possible given the issues of the hotel.
