Great hotel. Very well kept and organized. Only issue is that two of the four elevators worked and of these two working elevators, one was the service elevator. Other than the elevatornissue, this hotel is excellent. We'll be staying here again with out a doubt.

My only real complaint was that only one elevator worked. Wait time for the elevator could get long. Otherwise, everything else was good. Location was great as most places were walkable, Pikes Place, Pioneer Square, Seattle Public Library. If you like coffee, there are some great coffee spots nearby like Monorail Espresso.

This property is good for walking almost anywhere downtown Seattle or taking the Link but when I stayed only 1/3 elevators worked. Most people were not told until days later that there was an option to take the garage elevators to the lobby but it was still ~10-15mins to take an elevator if you could even get on. Was a huge pain on my trip and I avoided coming and going from the hotel as much as possible.

The hotel was beautiful and modern. I loved the amentities and the room was great. BIG problem was that only 1 of the 3 guestroom elevators was working. You can't climb the stairs for 14 floors with all of your luggage, and we waited for more that 13 minutes after we checked in at the lobby desk. The lobby wasn't busy (we were the only people) and the staff was right there at check in, BUT NOT ONE PERSON COULD BOTHER TO EXPLAIN THAT THE ELEVATORS DIDN'T WORK! Finally someone with the janitor staff told us we could use the service elevator behind the "employees only" door. Lucky for us the JANITORS AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Maybe they can give the employees sitting at the desks, just doing nothing but watching people waiting for the elevator some tips. The next day when we left our room to go down to the lobby, same problem, we waited a little bit and then just went to the service elevator again. Not really sure how such a beautiful hotel can be in such bad shape that they can only get 1 out of 3 elevators in working condition.

The stay was very good, however our toilet paper was not a new roll upon arrival, and our air conditioning had to be set at 61° throughout the day to even be comfortable.
