Great food options. Walking distance to Pikes Market Place was short. Lots of options near by as well. Price was affordable. Rooms and bed were great. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was excellent - great view of the city skyline, friendly and helpful staff, and the clean and comfortable room. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 were the broken elevator and the climb through a view questionable

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything we could have needed. The bidet was a surprising and nice touch. The staff were very accommodating. It was in a great location with lots near by including rental cars and public transportation. We had a great view of the city. I couldn’t recommend more.

Our motorized shades did not work and would not work manually. I would like to see a coffee bar in the lobby. There is a little Starbucks maker in the room but I have concerns about the cleanliness of the maker. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—it's close to everything you need, whether it's shops, restaurants, or attractions. It made getting around super convenient. The staff were exceptional; they were incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made the stay feel special. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great service. Transportation was a breeze! There were so many different options available, making it easy to get wherever I needed to go. Plus, the Lime scooters were everywhere, which made it fun and convenient to zip around the area at my own pace. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel was great close to central areas. However homelessness and drugs have really affected Seattle making it an uneasy travel destination in downtown area for my family. Use caution in downtown streets

The property was walking distance to the light rail. There was a parking garage in the same building was a little spendy but convenient. We came for a concert. My only complaints are no water pressure in the shower and you can hear people in the next room laughing and talking.
