There was a small mix-up with our arrival date and time, but the host handled the situation with professionalism, care, and genuine understanding. She communicated clearly, remained calm, and worked diligently to find a solution that supported everyone involved. I truly appreciated the way she navigated the situation with patience and grace.The space itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group. It created a welcoming environment where everyone felt at ease. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we are grateful for the hospitality and attention to detail provided throughout our stay.
