Perfect for business travelers, nurses, doctors, and all other travelers. Whether you're looking to stay short-term, mid-term or long-term, you'll love our apartment and its location. Quiet, bright, peaceful, unique and cozy!
Other things to note
• Please note that the Air Conditioning provided is a portable AC unit. The unit does not have central air conditioning.

• There is free street parking right outside the building, but we do have a reserved spot in the garage. Garage parking requires an extra flat fee proportional to the length of your stay as the building charges us to reserve the spot.

• We can guarantee the reserved garage parking for a single car; if you have more than one car we will likely be able to accommodate it, but we only have one garage fob.

• PLEASE NOTE: As the unit is very close to Highway 405, you may encounter a good deal of highway noise when opening the windows.

• No package or mailing acceptance at the location. Use nearby Amazon Locker or shipping offices.
