The lady of the front desk was smoking a cigarette and I was waiting for almost 30 minutes. I wanna ask her are you the one who works there? She says yeah and then she took her sweet time to come inside. She didn’t clean her hands. She didn’t walk me and she was unprofessional

Reliable, Convenient Hotel

The property is going through an upgrade but was informed ahead of arrival which was greatly appreciated. Love, love the 24 hours shuttle service running to and from SeaTac. Breakfast service is a generous bag to go since they are revamping the property. Great customer service and excellent communication!

The property staff was very helpful and courteous. They let us check in early and they held our luggage prior to checking in. The free shuttle service to the airport was a big help. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was near the airport and had various restaurants nearby.

A bit of a catfish

Hotel looks abandoned and ran down from the street. Interior not as bad, but very, very dated. As evening came, the parking lot filled up and guests were visible and visibly checking in. Free parking a plus, but some apprehension giving the look of the exterior of the facility. The excellent service and friendly staff made up for the feel of the facility. Every shift within the front desk was consistently friendly, bubbly, helpful, and always smiling. That would make me give the facility another try.

The heat was on energy efficiency and the room was cold. Had to request a Battery for the remote. The worst breakfast ever in a hotel. The people were just great.
