It features an easily accessible front porch with a view of Lake Washington, a large dining area with seating for 8, 2 bedrooms, space for parking of 3 vehicles next to the street, and plenty of staging area for your adventures.

Our home is the perfect retreat for those seeking a tranquil escape from the city, where you can savor a cozy cup of coffee with a view.

Our home is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers looking for a peaceful and quiet escape from the city hustle. Enjoy views of Lake Washington from the balcony while you read a book. Sun-filled spaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. No pets allowed. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

Entry to the property occurs after a steep flight of rock / concrete stairs. All guests must recognize and agree that they have the ability to safely navigate stairs as a condition of use.
