THE SPACE:
Designed with a "Home away from Home" vibe, This condo (Sleeps 4) caters all your needs in a spacious layout with metropolitan decor that gives this place a sophisticated edge. “Le Petite Bijou" is thriving with downtown vibes. This condo offers guests an elegant space with custom comforts that are a cut above the usual guest experience. Each room is uniquely designed to its own stylish accents and convenient amenities at the premium status level, our condo provides you with a premiere experience in a premiere city.

GUEST ACCESS:

CONDO BUILDING: Guests will be able to access the condo building via electronic key thru phone-based app. (NOTE: Sharing pins or access codes with any individual other than registered guests is a violation of these rules.

CONDO UNIT: Guests will be able to access the unit via Smart Lock System. Guests will use a code to open the smart lock to access the unit. A code will be sent to the guest the day before check-in date.

Guests have access to the condo unit as well as amenities of the secured-entry building including:

• Rec Room and Laundry Room and is located on the first floor next to the lobby. Access can be arranged with the concierge. (laundry room offers pay by coin or app)

• Rooftop deck offers some amazing views of Seattle area. NOTE: You will need your Key Fob to access the rooftop. Hours are (7am-10pm).

• Trash and recycle area on the 4th floor (outside through Exit door). Note: Key Fob is needed.

LOCATION:
The condo is great for anyone attending any conferences at the convention center and is located just across the street! For any transportation needs, we are easily accessible via bus and light trail, and are very close to highway I-5.

PARKING:
Although “No Vehicle is Needed”, Featuring an excellent Walk Score of 99, I offer registered guest(s) a parking pass for free parking on several streets in the neighborhood. (Parking is free on Sundays & Holidays).

NOTE:
1. Parking pass is available to use for one vehicle only.
2. There's a $100 fee for a lost or unreturned pass, as they are very expensive to replace.


NOISE:
The condo is located across the street from the Seattle convention center and near
I-5, so highway noise can be heard in the open air. The noise is noticeably reduced with the double pane windows closed. Welcome to the City!

COMFORT:
The condo is equipped with an individual heating control knob; however, the maximum temperature is regulated by the building's HOA. Please be aware that the apartment is equipped with one portable A/C unit and is located in the bedroom. Blackout curtains are utilized within the condo to help reflect sunlight and keep the condo temperatures cooler during warmer months.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find concierge services and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
