Great hide-a-way in the Seattle area!

Scott and Ellie have a great place! Very clean, plenty of parking, roomy space on the inside, and fully stocked amenities, in the kitchen especially! Really liked the small touches, like the decorations around the rooms. A great stay for our family to relax and enjoy.

I had an amazing experience at Scott and Ellie's in Bothell, WA, and couldn’t be happier with my 5-star stay. The location is fantastic—quiet and in a lovely neighborhood, yet so close to everything you could need. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for my solo work trip. We heard a lot of footsteps really early in the morning hours, but it is a basement apartment. The shower is a tight space. Enjoyed drinking coffee outside at the table and listening to the birds. Pleasant and cozy overall.

Clean and cozy

Conveniently located if you need to be in north King County or south Snohomish County. The unit is a walk-out basement of the house. Was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, good bed, and hot water, made for a good place to stay while I worked in the Edmonds area. Scott was a patience host, as I set off the fire alarm cooking dinner!

Very Nice Bothell Hideaway

I spent 7 relaxing weeks at Traveler's Hideaway. It is very comfortable both for sitting and sleeping. It's nice to have your own driveway and entrance to the apartment. The door opens up into a nice backyard which can be seen while sitting in living room through a French door. When the weather permits, sitting on the patio is very relaxing. Although the property is in a nice quiet neighbor, conveniences are nearby. Scott and Ellie were very pleasant and anxious to make my stay pleasant.

While the initial start date of our reservation was pushed back due to weather, the communication we had with Scott was fabulous. We were able to extend the reservation to accommodate the late start time, and had no issues with anything. Host responded quickly to offer assistance when the neighborhood was affected by a power supply failure. The rental is well supplied with lanterns and flashlights so we coped easily with the disruption.

We loved everything about the property except the tiny shower. It was cozy, clean, quiet, and close to our daughter and her family. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very small tho.
