I liked this hotel. It's upscale and a delightful place to stay for a few days. My only wish is that they had a handheld shower head and didn't use the little bottles of bathing products. Otherwise it was perfect!!

I’d put this in the 4 star category despite the very nice rooms and linens and views. The service is very poor… nice people just poorly trained - unfortunate. Also the hotel lacks the sophistication of a truly top tier hotel - brochures and pamphlets lying around and the main entry is awkward and unimpressive

Gary helped us with check-in promptly upon arrival and kindly explained the hotel facilities and room specifics. He was also able to provide us with a complimentary upgrade. Dinner at Charlotte was also a very pleasant experience that we went back for breakfast the next morning. Overall experience was excellent. I recommend Lotte to anyone visiting Seattle.

I had a reservation for two rooms and I got the first room earlier than check in time which was nice but my second room wasn’t available until after 6pm. I called the staff numerous times to get an update and was told they were busy and I needed to wait. I expected better service and some time of compensation while we waited but nothing. They offered us water. I guess I just expected better service at a hotel of quality. On another note the suite was amazing, the food was delicious, gym was great but just disappointed with the service. They could have at least offered me a late check out for getting my room 2 hours later than usual. Great hotel but the service needs work. Also, I understand there was a concert both Friday and Saturday night but Managment should have had more staffed more employees to ensure rooms were cleaned before the next guest arrived
