What was once a JCPenney department store has since been renovated into a 24-story condo building with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, business center, concierge service, and parking garage. When you're ready to get out and explore, you'll be a matter of steps from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Symphony, the Seattle Art Museum, and world-class dining and shopping.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a rear wall of glass that frames the bay and cityscape and lets in an abundance of sunlight. Peer through the telescope to watch for bald eagles or step out onto the balcony to bask in the sea breeze.
