I loved this place. Location to downtown was great. Free parking ($50 and up elsewhere) this hotel is old and quirky and I like that. The staff were nice and very personable. But the cleanliness was poor. Would be cool place if it were crisp and clean. Would not stay here again.

The place itself was nice, however the median on Aurora made travelling to the motel a bit of a hassle when coming from anywhere north of it. The room was spacious, and a good place to rest at the end of the day.

A very basic, older motel, affordable, clean, pleasant staff, free parking, easily accessible from Aurora. If you want luxury, this is not the place for you, but if you want a comfortable, affordable stay close to Woodland Park Zoo and Seattle Pacific University, this is a good choice.

Check-in was fast and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep even though the hotel is on a busy highway. The hotel is only accessible while driving north on the highway so it's a bit tricky if you are arriving southwards from the north. Dining choices are few with the closest restaurants being a 7-10 min walk away -- if you don't want to drive. That said, the price of my room was great and I'd probably repeat if I have business in the area.

The Marco Polo is an old school motel and legend has it that Kurt Cobain from Nirvana enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly and my room was very clean. Easy access to downtown and Freemont. There is an express bus just a few blocks away.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good size for a single queen, with a couch, table, and chairs that many venues are doing away with these days. Larger fridge and microwave than at most motels. Can't beat it at the price.
