• We provide a street parking pass for one vehicle. Additional vehicles can park on the street, but note the street parking rules. Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $150 replacement fee.
• This dwelling is a 3-story townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
• Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home. We are unable to receive, hold, or forward any items. Please arrange for delivery to a local FedEx, UPS, or USPS location for pickup.
