Clean and cute room, the staff was so kind and helpful with recommendations, the restaurant was delicious. Could see the public market sign from the front door. The only down side was the downtown traffic was super loud but they did provide ear plugs in the room to help with that.
Pro’s- the location was great as its across the street from Pike’s. Having a coffee shop and restaurant downstairs was convenient and the staff at the restaurant/bar were awesome.
Con’s- the location although convenient, can get really loud in the middle of the night, even with the earplugs that were provided. The space is really small, expected more from a deluxe room. There was no sink space to get ready, only a large sink and no room to put items to get ready which was very annoying when getting ready. The “nespresso” in the room was some kind of knockoff and the pods provided tasted awful.
The toilet paper provided was extremely rough, I understand its an old building so there could be plumbing issues but it was terrible quality. There was a lack of shower pressure when showering. There were no outlets on the side of the bed so phone charging was inconvenient. The small SMEG fridge was full of overpriced beverages and there was absolutely no room to store anything. The tv in the room was extremely old and had no screen sharing abilities and the remote control was dirty.
Overall, while the location was convenient, this hotel lacked the qualities to make it a great stay. I don't think I would return.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Clean very nice, continently located hotel right near pike place market. Only thing to consider is that the hotel is on a busy street and area and due to the historical building there is no sound insulation. So it can be noisy in the room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was clean, and the location was unbeatable. I didn’t like the rather dim lighting in the room and in the bathroom. Also, the bottled water in the room was really expensive. I didn’t realize at first that it wasn’t free. The staff were nice and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

We really enjoyed the attached restaurant and bar. The bartender and a restaurant staff were so friendly. They were able to help us with all of our questions about the downtown area.
Love to rooms, great location 1 minute from pike place market, hmart actoss the street for snacks and drinks. Restaurant in lobby has good cocktails and food. Great spot!

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
From the awkward, cold and uninviting reception, to the selectively mute staff who wouldn’t greet a guest to save their lives (wouldn’t even look up from their conversations) this place was not great. There truly wasn’t a single employee at the front counter that looked like they enjoyed their job or wanted to be in customer service. It felt like I should be apologizing for even saying hello. Lack of a tv remote meant a two day ordeal of asking three different people for a replacement only to be condescendedly handed one finally. No housekeeping (despite there being multiple on our floor every day) for three days left us with wet and used towels. The janitor cleaning the lobby glared aggressively as we tried to walk by his mopping work even though it was the middle of high traffic times.
I wouldn’t come back to this hotel or any of their other establishments ever after this inhospitable visit.
Overall great stay! A couple of nuisances: The reception on the TV kept on coming in and out. The is the best hotel to be near the Pike Market and the Link station very central to everything. Wish the hotel bar could’ve stayed open till at least 11pm. They closed at 9pm, however they had the best dirty Gin Martini I’ve had in a while.
I loved how close the hotel was to everything k wanted to see. Walking distance for sure. Enjoyed the complimentary drink. And the amenities were great.
Only complaint was the TV in the room. It had issues. But I wasn’t in my room too often while I was there.

Cute but NOISY!! I could not justify the price I paid and the ridiculous additional fees. Room too small and layout not designed well.
The room was quaint and had a timeless feel to it like you had been transported to a by gone era. The staff were amazing and had great personalities. The food, the views, and the ease of access were spot on.
We were able to explore Seattle by foot and of we needed to go a little further, the train was only 4 minutes away. I will definitely be staying here again. Worth EVERY PENNY!
